What is Orion Solves Desk?
Desk is an organized system for working with AI. Each conversation is given a defined role: a reception chat that directs the work, a department for each area of your business, and an operations director reserved for decisions. All of them read and write a single shared record, so every conversation knows what the others have done.
Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?
Yes. Desk connects to Claude or to ChatGPT, and you connect it once. After that, every conversation you open can read and update the same record.
Do we need a new AI subscription?
No. Desk operates on the Claude or ChatGPT plan your team already has.
What happens when a conversation reaches its limit?
Nothing is lost. Each conversation documents its progress after every exchange, with what was completed, what remains open and what is still unverified. When one reaches its limit, its successor resumes from the record.
What about the conversations we already have?
They come with you. During setup, your existing conversations are reviewed and what matters in them is carried into the record.
Who can see our record?
Each organization has its own private workspace. Your team reaches it through your company login, and your conversations reach it through a private connection that belongs to your workspace alone.
What is the white label option?
It is Desk under your brand, for agencies and firms that serve their own clients. Your logo, colors and typography appear throughout, with no reference to ours, and each of your clients gets a branded workspace.
